Karen graduated with an Early Childhood Education degree from Tift College of Mercer University. She has taught in public schools and homeschooled her children for almost 30 years. She is certified in elemnetary and special education as well as having a gifted endorsement. She recognizes that each student is unique and learns in their own way. She enjoys personalizing lessons to fit the student's needs. Karen has taught third, fourth, and fifth grades in public schools.
