In-office, In-home, & Online Tutoring
Every child and family is unique, which is why we believe tutoring should not be a one-size-fits-all process. At Teachers as Tutors, we provide various settings and tutoring styles to meet these individual needs.
We provide one-on-one tutoring in person at our office in Alpharetta or in your home within the northwest metro areas, including Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, and Cumming. We also serve the northeast metro areas of Dacula, Grayson, and Loganville. For those who prefer online learning, we offer that option as well.
Our qualified teachers can assist students in regular education, as well as those with special needs. Additionally, we offer daytime hours for homeschool students. We have teachers who can tutor students in regular education, and tutors who can tutor students with special needs. For homeschool students, we offer daytime hours.

Tailored Tutoring Services
To effectively address the learning needs of the student, an intake meeting will be scheduled. This meeting aims to facilitate a collaborative effort between the parent and the tutor in developing a customized tutoring plan tailored to the student's specific requirements. The 50-minute session will involve a comprehensive review of progress reports, teacher notes, school assessments, and Individual Education Plans. This structured approach ensures that all aspects of the student's educational background are considered, enabling the creation of an impactful and effective support strategy.

Real Stories of Success and Growth
I can't say enough about how grateful I am for Lori and the incredible team at Teachers as Tutors. From the very beginning, Lori went out of her way to ensure my son, Isaiah, was paired with the right special education teachers, each one carefully matched to meet my son's specific needs at that point in his journey. Throughout his time there, Isaiah received compassionate, one-on-one support that truly helped him grow, both academically and personally. Every teacher he worked with played an important role in his development, and the care and attention given to his progress was consistently good and truly appreciated. Lori's dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. I truly believe we were brought together for a reason, and I'll always be thankful for the impact she and her team have had on our lives. Teachers as Tutors has been a blessing for our family, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking personalized, meaningful educational support.
